Depreciation allowance for all their anatomical equipment. 2. The right to regulate their own behavior and to report any infractions they may have committed such as polluting their neighborhoods. 3.The right to negotiate settlements without admitting wrong doing for any deaths they may have caused, and to pay symbolic fines along with a promise not to do it again by 2020.The Serial Killers' Insurance Trust is especially interested in this aspect. 4.
