Subject: Epitaph for Richard Holbrooke

I am very sorry to learn that Richard Holbrooke has
died. Because I fully intended to bring him to Justice
and get him criminally indicted for the genocidal
massacre at Srebrenica on behalf of my clients, the
Mothers of Srebrenica and Podrinja.

It was Holbrooke who deliberately sacrificed Zepa and
Srebrenica in order to produce Dayton’s genocidal
carve-up map. Holbrooke was the Father of the genocidal
statelet known as Republika Sprska. Holbrooke was the
Destroyer of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Holbrooke was an Accessory Before, During and After the
Fact to the Extermination of 8000 Bosnian Muslim men
and boys at Srebrenica, which the International Court
of Justice ruled was genocide in violation of the 1948
Genocide Convention. Holbrooke shall live in Infamy as
a Genocidaire.

In his classic work The Phaedo, Plato has his hero
Socrates comment upon the transmigration/reincarnation
of souls. With respect to Holbrooke, Socrates said as
follows:

“And those who have chosen the portion of injustice,
and tyranny, and violence, will pass into wolves, or
into hawks and kites;--whither else can we suppose them
to go?”

Let Socrates’ words of wisdom serve as Holbrooke’s
Epitaph and Fate.

Professor Francis A. Boyle

General Agent for the Republic of Bosnia and
Herzegovina before the International Court of Justice

Attorney for the Mothers of Srebrenica and Podrinja

Response to Educational Testing
Date: Mon, 13 Dec 2010
From: Bubayvie
Subject: Thank you for this article which I read
several times to adjust my incredulity of the first
reading!

As a lifelong special ed early childhood teacher in NY
inner schools, I had suspected many of the revelations,
but it was horrifying to have them more than confirmed
by Dan DiMaggio.

I immediately forwarded this to many of my colleagues
all around the US, including the top executives of the
UFT in the perhaps futile hope that this might become a
union issue.

Signed by a grateful,but distressed 85 year old,who put
34 years of my life in trying to make a difference in
the future of my 2-5 year old pupils.I can't believe it
was all in vain!

Re: Clinton's View of Obama's Tax Deal Should Be Disregarded

Robert Reich sanguine references the Clinton economic
years as a "boom." Lest we become anesthetized to
this pervasive myth, the facts tell a different
narrative.

More than a cursory view of the the Clinton years from
1992-2000 casts serious doubt that a real "boom"
occurred.

Regarding GDP, the Clinton expansion of 1991-2000 does
not rank high when juxtaposed against the five previous
expansions. Compared to the expansions of 1961-1969,
1970-1973, 1975-1979,1980-1981, 1982-1990, the
1991-2000 expansion ranks 2nd to last when measured by
categories of Real GDP, Output per Hour Worked,
Unemployment Rate, and Inflation Rate.

President Clinton's occasional lapses into progressive
rhetoric were contradicted by vigorous implementation
of neoliberal economic policies embraced by
Republicans. His administration cut much needed
government programs, promoted free trade agreements and
deregulated industries. His tax policy relocated the
tax burden away from high income groups. All were
damaging to middle and low income groups.

The jobs created during Clinton's years were
predominantly from the lower end of the brackets of
each grouping. Most of the newly created jobs had
decreased wages and salaries in real terms throughout
the 1990's. Gains in wages appeared to occur in the
1990's for non-supervisory employees who constitute
about 80% of the workforce. During the 1990's real
wages rose .90% annually which was certainly better
than the .34% of the 1980s but was worse than employees
purchasing power during the 1970's. However, the real
gains were just over 1/2 of the wage gains during the
1960's. At the end of the 1990s "boom," purchasing
power was below that of employees 30 years ago.
